Mighty Ants was founded by Liam Golding as a way to build something he could take pride in while giving back to his community.

The name was inspired by a phrase at BC Children’s Hospital, Small is Mighty, and finding a reference to a crafty, hard-working critter. Ants may be small, but they build entire communities from nothing. They’re specialized individuals that come together to accomplish unimaginable feats. Mighty Ants stood for the kind of company Liam wanted to build.

For us, community is built through relationships: with our crew, our clients, and other local contractors and businesses. The better we can all work together, the better the outcome for everyone.

What To Expect

You Decide How Involved You Want To Be

We want our clients to have a real say in their projects, whether they want to be involved every step of the way or leave most of it to us.

We start with an assessment of the project, taking measurements and notes on the design and construction while discussing your needs and wants. From there, we schedule a follow-up.
We follow up by phone or in person to go over the quote, discuss options, and make a decision on how to move forward.
Once everything is approved, work begins. Throughout the project, we communicate about scheduling, special requests, project updates, and any problems or changes that come up.
Once the work is complete, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything has been completed according to the project agreement, and discuss any maintenance recommendations and warranties.
